SINCE IT IS AN AFFORDABLE AND WELL-FUNCTIONING LEVEL MONITORING SYSTEM, THE ELECTRODE RELAY 501 WITH MJK ELECTRODES IS OFTEN USED AS A SIMPLE WATER-ON-FLOOR DETECTOR. THE SOLUTION COMES WITH A TRANSMITTER THAT CAN BE MOUNTED ON DIN RAILS AND A HOLDER ALLOWING FOUR ELECTRODES.

The MJK 501 level control, with electrode management, consists of an electrode holder allowing a total of four electrodes. The electrodes are made of stainless steel and are connected to the amplifier via the electrode holder. The electrode controller can be adjusted to the desired length, and set to either pumping in or pumping out.

The signal is generated based on the conductivity of the water. If the electrodes detect water, you can either send an alarm or start a pump to protect non-submersible pumps or other valuable electronics.

The MJK 501 relay with level electrodes provides optimal safety. It is most often used to give an alarm signal or start emergency pumps in decentralized drinking water installations without daily supervision. The electrodes sends an alarm when it detect water on the floor from e.g. heavy rainfall or perhaps from a slowly occurring leak. With MJK 501, you can secure your installation in an easily and inexpensive way.

MJK 501 electrode control is a simple and well-functioning system for monitoring levels or detection of water on the floor. Here you see a pump well that should not be flooded.

In case of water on the floor, the 501 level relay with electrodes is used to detect water rising.
