MJK is now a subsidiary of Xylem

We are pleased to inform you that effective July 13, 2012; MJK Automation A/S is a wholly owned subsidiary of Xylem Inc, a leading global water technology company focused on addressing the world’s most challenging water issues.

MJK’s expertise enhances Xylem’s instrumentation platform with physical parameters such as level and flow along with energy-saving measurement and control equipment where accuracy and reliability are essential in applications such as water, wastewater, environmental and irrigation.  MJK’s strong position in the Scandinavian markets further aligns with Xylem’s strategy. 

The current MJK leadership will continue in their positions as part of Xylem to ensure that there will be no change in our superior products and services.  We look forward to continuing our existing relationship under our new ownership.
